User with a valid profile in the system will be able to login via the Singpass app by scanning the QR code shown above.
Profiles where NRIC is not entered (e.g. Payroll access is not granted, or Payroll software is not available) will not be able to login via this channel. NRIC with multiple profiles in the system will also need to login via Email / Mobile for the time being.
Singpass login will also bypass Info-Tech 2FA if it is enabled.
